Mental Health Blog - antidepressant treatment review

My lovely cat Cleo is really sick and has been really depressed the past week. We went to the vet today to have her examined. She has pyometra (that means that her uterus has filled with pus). She got to be really strong if she wants to heal. We have a couple of medications we have to give her. She really feels uneasy and tried to hide a lot because the poor soul has discharge. She is really self-conscious. I've asked the ve,t because Cleo did not seem to be in pain, what she is feeling. Appears like she feels dizzy all the time and feels of course the discomfort in her belly.

Let's hope that she will get better and recovers .

I choose to put this artpiece because this is what I feel is happening to me right now. I have been detoxing from taking my effexor for 3 years (those are anti-depressant). The state of things are pretty harsh: nausea, vomiting, dizziness, confusion,mood swings, muscular pain, problems to breathe, brain shivers, convulsions... to name the more memorable things have been throught. BUTdespite all I havent had a nightmare in like 3 days!!!!!!!! very interesting vivid epic dreams, but no troubling nightmares. And even if the ibs is still raging there is improvement. So I am doing some projection/visualisation. Some meditation. I am reinstalling the game "The Movies" just so I can occupy myself. I have a box of cue cards and a marker to write ideas down.

I feel like I am completing a Shamanic Quest I set myself on 3 years ago. I got to be strong to come out of it transformed, reborned to my true nature. I gotta walk the talk completely and abondon myself, stop going again it, just go with the flow and everything is gonna be alright. One way or another...
